Depending on our customers needs, we
can deliver several types of interfaces to our customers. This enables
us to act as a full-fledged partner in the logistic supply chain.
The most sophisticated interface we currently use, integrates our
transport management system into the customers SAP system. Requested
deliveries are automatically sent from the SAP system into our system;
after planning these deliveries, planning information and actual
delivery date and/or time are automatically sent back to the customers
SAP system. The operation of this interface is fully automated and
connects via a VPN to our customer.
We also deliver other ways of integration:
- returning shipment information via
our own secure WEB-site to several customers;
- using secure client logins to work on
the systems of our customers and do the transport planning for them.
